There’s great news for people who want to improve their skills or maybe get a new qualification – SSE is about to invest a whopping £3 million in training for 2007/2008!

This impressive budget is designed to help staff develop their skills and to attract new talent from further afield. A significant amount of this money will be spent on external training, such as HNC’s and HND’s and the rest will be put to use developing employees’ management skills and other useful techniques that will help them progress through the company.
