What are the roles?

This training programme offers school leavers a unique opportunity to join our company. You will be trained and developed across a variety of administration and business tasks in order to begin a challenging and rewarding career with SSE.  We want you to be passionate and committed to your own personal development and building a career with SSE.

You will learn what it is like to work in a business environment and our training and development team, along with your assigned mentor will help you to develop your commercial awareness and equip you with the skills to make decisions within your department. You may also have the opportunity to work with your fellow colleagues on "real-life" projects which will have an impact and help to shape the future of our business.  This aims to give you experience of working within a team, having a goal to achieve and actual time constraints to work to in order to meet your goal as a team.

What qualifications or experience do I need?

You will have achieved a minimum of 5 Standard Grade or GCSE passes (grade 1-3 or A-C) including English and a numeric subject.  In addition, you may have gained some Higher Grades or A Levels or be awaiting your results and able to demonstrate good preliminary results. We are also looking for candidates to demonstrate enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.

We currently have a vacancies in Havant, Basingstoke and Eurocentral Business Park, Motherwell.

 

What salary and benefits would I receive?
